The consultancy is led by Josh Goldstone, a data and analytics specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience across the public and private sectors. Josh has built reporting frameworks from scratch, designed Power BI dashboards for senior leadership teams, led data quality and governance programmes, and coached data champion networks to raise capability across entire organisations.
His work spans a broad range of organisational functions, from MI reporting and sales metrics to marketing analytics and communications performance, giving him an unusually wide view of how data flows and where it gets stuck across different teams and structures.
In 2023, Josh was recognised with the HEIST Rising Star award for his contribution to data and insight practice in the higher education sector.
